Magnesium is one of the most important minerals for obtaining deep relaxation and maintaining overall wellness. During times of stress, magnesium levels in the body can be affected.
Suggested Use: Individual needs may vary. Start with ½ teaspoon (or less) daily and gradually increase to 2 rounded teaspoons. Some people may need to start with ¼ teaspoon and gradually work up to higher amounts according to bowel tolerability. Add powder to 1 ounce of hot or boiling water. Stir briskly until fully dissolved, then add more hot or cold water as desired and enjoy.
