DESCRIPTION
Elderberries has been used for years in phytotherapy to help to fight cold and flu symptoms & more recently, for their anti-inflammatory properties. The elderflower are rich in quercetin and rutins. They are beneficial for the health and their taste is delicious Blue Honeysuckle (Haskap berries) has long been known by the Japanese as “the fruit of longevity of life and the fruit of vision”. In addition to being a true storehouse of antioxidants, blueberries contain powerful anti-inflammatory compounds. It is therefore not surprising that blueberries are associated with many virtues, particularly related to the prevention of aging. Chokeberries are rich in vitamin C, in folic acid and in antioxidants. The edible variety, Aronia melanocarpa, is black on the outside and red on the inside. The black currant are black and nutrient-dense, energizing and exceptionally rich in vitamin C. These berries are also rich in potassium, tannins, fibre and in pigments (anthocyanins), that have an antioxidant effect.
