Because Basic One contains the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, and E, it is important to take this multivitamin and mineral formulation with a meal that contains fat so these vitamins will be absorbed.

Can I cut or crush the tablets to make them smaller?

Yes. It is safe to crush or cut the tablets into a smaller size.

Can I take this product if I am also taking Coumadin or Warfarin?

Vitamin K is known to impact blood clotting and is NOT included in Basic One Iron Free. Please talk with your doctor or INR Clinic before adding this supplement to your diet.
